HydroDrift is a smart, eco-friendly water purification system designed to clean polluted water from lakes and ponds while monitoring its quality in real time. The system uses a sediment filtration mechanism to remove physical impurities like dirt and debris. At its core is the Arduino R4 WiFi microcontroller, which manages the entire operation and enables IoT connectivity for remote data monitoring. A 4x4 I2C LCD display shows live readings from integrated pH, TDS, and turbidity sensors, all of which are mounted inside the purifier tube to ensure accurate, real-time water quality analysis.

For manual navigation across the water surface, HydroDrift is equipped with a FlySky transmitter and receiver, along with a BCT small motor driver that controls two motors. The BCT Nanobot controller handles forward, backward, and turning movements based on commands received from the FlySky system. A 1-channel relay module manages the on/off operation of the motor pump, while an additional BCT nano controller supports processing tasks.

Power distribution is efficiently handled using a BCT 7809 voltage regulator to supply 9V to the Arduino R4, and a 7805 regulator module to deliver 5V to sensors and the display. A BCT power splitter and DC to green terminal connectors ensure safe and organized power distribution across all components. HydroDrift is a low-cost, scalable solution ideal for restoring and maintaining clean water in both rural and urban environments.
