Students demonstrated practical automation projects focused on solving real-world problems. Models such as Soil Moisture Monitors, Automatic Sanitizer Dispensers, Automatic Dam Flood Control Systems, Blind Sticks, Smoke Detectors, Water Turbidity Monitoring, Radar Security, Rain Detectors, Metal Detection in Food Processing, and Water Flow Monitoring Devices highlighted how automation can simplify daily life and prevent disasters.
Robotics in Action – Creativity, Coding, and Engineering Excellence
The robotics category reflected innovation and problem-solving through technology. Students presented Service Robots for task automation, a Spy Robot for surveillance, and an Air Quality Monitoring Robot designed to track environmental conditions. These projects showcased how robotics can be applied across diverse fields, from home assistance to safety and environmental monitoring.
Smart Systems with IoT – Connecting Technology to Sustainability
IoT models emphasized the power of smart systems integrated with sensors for enhanced monitoring and safety. Highlights included LPG Gas Leakage Detection Systems, IoT-based Forest Fire Detection, and Flood Detection in Dams, designed by students of grades 8 and 9. These projects underlined the importance of connected technologies in ensuring sustainability and disaster prevention.
Battle of the Bots – Thrills of Sumo and Soccer Robotics
The most exciting part of the expo was the Sumo and Soccer Robot battles, where students from grades 6–9 competed with robots built for strength, speed, and strategy. The arena matches drew loud cheers, reflecting teamwork, programming, and problem-solving skills in a highly engaging and competitive environment.
